City Schedules Public Hearing For Palm Coast Parkway 6-Laning
The City of Palm Coast, in cooperation with the Florida Department of Transportation District #5, has scheduled a public hearing regarding the proposed improvements to Palm Coast Parkway from Cypress Point Parkway/Boulder Rock Drive to Florida Park Drive, a distance of approximately 1.23 miles.

Blackthorn Court Closure
On Thursday, March 11th 2010, the City of Palm Coast Utility Department will commence rehabilitation activities on the gravity sewer system at Blackthorn Court. This road will be closed and limited to local traffic only. It is estimated that the construction time will be 2 days.

Temporary Modification Of Disinfection Treatment Procedures
In order to maintain the reliability of the water distribution system serving our customers, the City of Palm Coast Utility Department will temporarily change the disinfection process for the Palm Coast potable (drinking water) water supply. From February 8 through March 12, 2010 we will disinfect the water with free chlorine rather than combined chlorine/ammonia (chloramines).

CITYWIDE AMENDMENT TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP On October 21, 2008, the City Council adopted Ordinance # 2008-33 whereby amending the City of Palm Coast Official Zoning Map. The purpose of a citywide amendment to the Official Zoning Map was to implement the provisions of the City's first Unified (complete) Land Development Code that was adopted by City Council on August 19, 2008. The amended Official Zoning Map went into effect November 16, 2008 (90 days after adoption).
